Evalia: The Lust Kingdom v1.21.2 - More Spanking and a Hankering (LINKS BELOW)

I'm mostly focused on trying to figure out the main touching mechanics on my test build, 2. I'm stuyding for my final exams and I have to put more attention on that. However, there's still a couple of important features here, if you're interested.
Changelog:
- added spanking animation for futa and male characters
- added spanking animations for Public Use characters in stocks
- added a new system for punishments and rewards for prisoners (now if you try to reward and discipline at the same time, your training will be less successful as you're sending your prisoner mixed messages)
- added a change of dialogue for prisoners receiving clothing. Now they will treat it as part of their punishment, and you can order them to put it on straight away (it still works the same for prisoners you have a relationship with, though)
That's pretty much it. Like I said, I really need to focus on my exams now, but hopefully soon I'll be able to whip up something meatier for y'all! And by that I mean a bigger update... Sorry, phrasing...
