September 2023 Budget Update

Hello all investors & board of directors - we have just closed our books for August!

Our August statement includes both our GC and NACL playoff bootcamps, as well as performance escalators for players & coaches. We also got a small bump in revenue due to GC2 prize money for placing 3rd ($7000) which we split 90/10 with players/org.

September's revenue is high as we'll be receiving our NACL prize winnings for first place ($30,000; 90/10 split with players/org) and our payment from the Team Participating Agreement (TPA) with the league. Majority of both will be paid out to the players. This will be the final month we'll have any expenses for NACL as we close out the season!

Expenses also increased this month due to us signing an Apex Legends roster for ALGS Championships. The final expense not listed here yet would be our first purchase order for merch as we haven't decided on the exact pieces we want to launch in Q4, but expect this to be a large number FFFFF (hey, you gotta spend money to make money right...)
