2025-09-21 14:09:36 +0000 UTCAs a mother of someone in the lgbtq+ community, to other 2 children who have many friends in that community & of many different races, and as a grandmother who sees her wish for a better world for her grandsons rapidly becoming a pipe dream due people like Charlie fxxking Kirk, I can’t give my $$ in support. It’s a shame. Unfortunately I think many people are offering support without knowing what vile human he was (he did it all for money & power) but some because people, at least in my country, are being censored & threatened for speaking the truth. Newspeople are being fired, shows being cancelled, schools in my own community threatened & had to increase security. He was a cancer.

I can appreciate this apology more than the ones writing, and it's good to see each one of you take time to say sorry, but I can't trust blindly. I'm part of the community and I'm not gonna tolerate that kind of behavior, also towards woman/teenagers, I don't care that I was here since last year, it's just not right. The people here who want to forgive, can do it, but don't come here to tell who should be believing and supporting them or not, because I'm sure you're not even affected directly by that type of comments, so just don't. 2025-09-15 20:15:42 +0000 UTCi want to firstly say this video was very appreciated. i am grateful you addressed the communities hurt in specifics and took accountability on all the comments made. many people like myself did not bring this to attention to be hateful but because we were genuinely shocked by the things we heard, to educate and hope for growth. secondly, i genuinely hope you guys will do some real reflecting in your personal lives. because whether it was jokes to you or not there was real intent behind the hateful, transphobic, bigoted comments made here cause this is not the first time many of us have noticed. i hope this apology is sincere and you actually feel remorse to the communities and people you offended (specifically the women you tend to always make odd sexualized comments abt and the people/minors you made fun of in that video.) and are not just pushing this out to save face. educate yourselves and do better, put actual thoughts into your words and realize certain things are just not okay to say when you want to have an inclusive welcoming community. i wish only the best for you guys and i acknowledge that change can come at any point in life if you are willing. let’s all strive to spread love and respect because it costs us nothing.

It’s ironic because, in serval of the comments, y’all are saying we’re acting better by calling out their behavior, yet the boys have done just that. Their comments came from a place of thinking being trans, etc., is wrong, and that being straight is the only right way. ie placing one above the other, making it better. I try to avoid commenting because I know whatever I say will just go out of one ear and into the other, but honestly, the ones defending are no different than the Playback Boyz. You can contradict yourself and say what they did wasn’t right, but you keep defending them and saying they can grow from their mistakes and attacking those holding them accountable. Siding with them, knowing what they said (and y’all know they’re wrong), shows me what kind of person you are. You can say you’re being a fair person but it’s really a cover to hide the fact you don’t care how it impacts others until they say something targeted towards you. It’s disgusting. And it’s ironic how some of y’all say Charlie Kirk was killed by hate, yet hate is exactly what him and his followers preached. Like make it make sense. Then you double down and say no it wasn’t hate it was a personal opinion. Personal opinion??? How was it personal when he shared those views online for millions of people to see and gathered a like-minded group of followers that thrives off of the hate for others. He hid behind his Christianity to do so. The Playbackboys are hiding behind their ignorance. And some of y’all are hiding behind a humanistic approach, that doesn’t actually involve caring for humans but coddling GROWN MEN with an absurd mindset and mouth. Also, I’m confused where this empathy for him came from, but none for the disgusting comments he made about other HUMANS. Like I’m still appalled as to how they turned a mom playing with her kids into a sexual joke. Like am I tripping? Am I wrong and better than others for thinking that’s weird and wanting other people to see that too? But for those who say their apologies don’t mean anything, that it’s just because they know what they did was wrong and don’t want to lose subscribers… most youtubers I’ve seen, and who said worse things, never apologized and just stuck to their ideas without accepting criticism. So I think it’s already good that they apologized, because they could have just acted like nothing happened. They apologized twice, and now it’s up to us to see in the next videos if they’ll really keep their promises and make an effort. They’ve been sincere, so let’s try to be more mature than just criticizing for the sake of it and just correct them, while waiting to see their next reactions and if they really improve. When someone apologizes, makes a video admitting their mistakes, continuing to throw hate or criticize unrelated stuff, like their looks, doesn’t help anyone. I’ve even seen people going on their TikTok just to dig for more things to criticize… like seriously that’s too much. I agree with the criticism that was made, some of it is totally valid, but some keep doing it just to “expose” them and show everyone who they really are. At a certain point, it just turns into harassment and doesn’t change anything. And honestly, most videos I’ve watched on their account got really positive reactions there weren’t bad comments and they were supportive, I think. Some comments go way too far even though they already apologized and admitted their mistakes multiple times. You can stay critical and not forgive, but there’s a real difference between holding someone accountable and just harassing them nonstop. Calling out a problem is one thing, but throwing around free hate only adds more toxicity. Personally, I’ll keep following them, hoping they improve and learn from their mistakes. If you don’t agree, just ignore my comment no need to spread even more hate.

You’re saying sorry for presenting yourselves a certain way rather than apologising for the comments made. I think it’s fine to be sorry that your words have had a negative impact and hurt people’s feelings but it’s clear you have not had a change of heart regarding the actual thoughts and opinions behind those inappropriate jokes / comments.
