Yes it is something I have considered but it requires an awful lot of planning, as well as dedication. My experience is that I find it hard to stay dedicated to a single character or premise for extended periods, and find it difficult to make cohesive stories with important events: I wouldn't trust myself not to meander off course and do a bunch of self indulgent panels of things I think are cool, but not altogether narratively important.
