For the record; Wind would be taught by Celica, Earth would be from a new character (who may not make it into this month - not sure), and Aether would rework Metatron's training and rework existing spells/add new ones to bring it up to par with Fire/Water/Nether.
As much as I want to do Sarah Aether/Nether training, it's probably smarter to make Metatron's not suck first LOL.
