Jiffic did an AMAZING job with this lady, as cool as she looks I think I might be even more attracted to the armor and sword cuz HOLY SHIT THEY LOOK SO GOOD! I'm just a sucker for fancy swords man, and that hits a perfect balance between fantasy cool and actually fairly practical.
You may notice that she has certain... motifs, accentuated even further by her somewhat unusual eyes. Selendis is human (mostly), but there's just enough uncertainty to add to her legend - and for very good reason, as you'll learn more about down the road.
Minor bit of lore; as a teenager she looked a bit more normal, and Alicia does as well, but certain awakenings can have visual appearances as well. Specifically, certain kinds of corruption, if you know what I'm saying.
