Section 31 Movie Trailer

I prefer the DS9 version of Section 31. DIS version is too visible and operates far too blatantly for my tastes. Shadowy Spy Organizations should stay in the shadows unless the story is specifically about them being dragged into the light.

2024-11-04 15:12:50 +0000 UTCThe real big problem with a Sec 31 anything, Is that the current crop of Hollywood script writers have no ability to write in a nuanced manner. There is no grey in their world only black and white. I don’t think they can write a believable character much less a group of characters, that commit atrocities now so that the butchers bill later will be less.

2024-10-23 14:13:08 +0000 UTCWriters Bryan Fuller, Bo Yeon Kim, Alex Kurtzman I have no faith, I have not watched any new trek since the second JJ movie which introduced Transporting from Earth to Qo'noS, and immortality. It is in the Mirror Universe I am assuming. I would like to see a show about 31 doing the hard work defending the main timeline Federation often working around Star Fleet, Maybe even having a real bad situation a Star Fleet crew is struggling to keep under control, then a 31 crew come in and fix the problem and the Star Fleet crew gets all the credit while the 31 agents fade back in to the background, waiting for their next mission.

Yeoh will be good with whatever character she plays no matter how bad/good the dialogue is, that’s a given. While I liked the 1st reboot well enough the last 2 were just sad. The less said about STD and the Kurtzman universe.
