Yeah, well while it's not in the comic how our guy implemented the rule (cause it's actually a boring process), it's intended to be done the same we saw him created the Swimsuit Friday rule. There we clearly saw him checking only the "female" checkbox for this type of dresscode.

2025-07-18 06:19:19 +0000 UTCWell, we don't know whether his father beat his meat inside his private office (or at a meeting he was attending^^). Leon certainly was not there so we don't know. But I would say he is considered an employee. But in general, the masturbation break was introduced as permissible, not prescribed: "employees are ENCOURAGED to...". So despite everyone finding it normal and supporting the new guidline, nobody has a magic compulsion to do "it". For example, Lin also did not take her break as she was too busy with work. Leon is affected by the rule the same as everyone else -> aka he may take the break and others are supportive of that. (But he can very well decide not to take the break, especially with his knowledge of the Program and him introducing said break). Does this make sense? :)

2025-07-18 06:02:44 +0000 UTCI just had a thought, as Leon is now an employee he is also subject to the masturbation break. He did have one although made no special mention of it. I am assuming his father is not considered an 'employee'.
