Patreon Authentication not working

It seems the Patreon Authentication is currently down or buggy. Meaning "Connect Your Patreon" on the homepage is not working. I'm sorry for that, but I'm pretty sure Patreon or the Patreon Plugin guys made some mistake here. So, let's just wait this out and hope that it's fixed tomorrow.

Whatever Patreon service was down, it's up again -> Login works once again.
