Updates and stuff - 14/10/18

Long story short, I'm a bit behind working on stuff at this exact moment. My workstation keyboard broke down last week while I was trying to clean it out. I ordered a replacement right away, but I picked the wrong switches (Cherry MX Blue) thinking the noise wouldn't drive me insane- which it did about 6 hours after I unpacked it.

So I had to ship that board back, at which point Amazon decided to take their sweet time refunding me my money (interesting how these companies can charge you instantly, but refunds take 3-5 business days to process). I've got a new board with the proper Cherry MX Red switches on order again, but this one is coming from the USA instead of Canada (amazon.ca was out of stock) so it won't be here until Wednesday/Thursday/Friday.

Anyways...

I've been trying to keep busy on my crappy laptop in the meantime, mostly writing some code for things I know I'm gonna need to rig up my characters.

Once I'm back up and running, I think I'm actually going to shift gears for a bit and work on finishing up my base character and getting the swimsuit stuff proper expandable. Originally I thought I wanted to finish the pool scene first, but I'm not quite sure where I'm going with that ATM and I don't really want to be working on something that big without an easy way of producing some kind of content in the meantime.

I think it makes more sense to finish up the character rigs at this point, since then I can at least get my second character built and throw her and Vanessa in a single scene and start exploring some group poses, even if it's just with a simple studio background (all the while continuing to work on the pool scene as much as possible).

If I do things the other way around, then I'm gonna land up focusing on environmental stuff for a couple of weeks- but at the same time producing additional content is still going to be a pain in the ass precisely because the character rigs *aren't* completed, which is just going to slow everything down.

Obviously my primary goal here is to keep this Patreon stocked with a reasonable flow of content, since I absolutely hate disappearing for weeks at a time and then popping up with one or two things, only to repeat the same cycle over and over again. Finishing the character rigs first seems like the best way to do that, so that's probably what I'll land up doing.
