Last but not least, an actual demo of how this stuff all works together.

In this example, the forearm twist is being driven by the twist angle extracted from the orientation of the hand controller. Even as the hand rotates around in 3D space- the forearm twist will align itself correctly with the hand, ensuring that the forearm skin doesn't get too tangled up or accidentally flip rotation.

This is a bit of a weird demo since I'm just kinda randomly orbiting the hand around- this system does nothing to prevent "impossible" rotations from being achieved with the wrists, since that's strictly up to the animator to ensure that the model doesn't land up in an impossible pose. It's the computer's job to ensure that the rig remains as stable as possible for any pose the animator might want to achieve- including those that might be impossible for an actual human to attain, but it's the animator's job to ensure those poses look as realistic as possible.
