To quote a comment left on one of my other pieces (which was, incidentally, more or less just a gratuitous shot of her chest)- "This is like baking a cake but there's no cake it's all frosting".
I guess sometimes you just wanna sit down with a bowl of frosting and leave the cake on the counter. It's not like it's going anywhere, and it's easy enough to make more frosting, so you can always finish it later.
