Hello from Windows.

New computer seems to be working reasonably well, apart from a few non-critical issues that I'm waiting on some exchanges for.
I'll probably be spending the better part of today installing software and moving data around. Past that, I'm going to have to do some work in Visual Studio to port all my C++ plugins over to Windows so all my old C4D scenes will open- though I don't expect this will take very long (I've done it before, it's more of an annoyance than an actual effort).
Anyways, I think I'm back on track to being able to make stuff again. I dunno how much I'm going to get done before the end of the month, but hopefully all this hardware crap is finally behind me now.
Once again, apologies for the lack of content. I honestly thought I'd have the first 2-3 months of 2020 to slowly move over to my new PC. I guess I'm kinda lucky my old workstation crapped out when it did, but it still wasn't something I was expecting.

In some weird ways, Windows 10 almost resembles a brighter version of Windows 98/2K with all the flat shading, which was around the time I started transitioning to Mac (I'd completely stopped using Windows by the time Vista and 7 were a thing). Unfortunately, as much as I'd love to replace the wallpaper with a double-downwards shot of Vanessa and Jessica relaxing in some poolside chairs, I have quite a few people coming and going from this room throughout the day, and I have no idea how well that sort of thing would go over >,>...
