2018-02-21 02:19:55 +0000 UTCI don't usually drop-thumb anymore on "Morphine" but I used to, and you certainly could. Most of those notes are accomplished with left-hand plucking. And it should be the same tuning in both videos, sorry if I made it confusing with over-explaining.

It made it easy for me to understand the song Morphine in like one day and being able to play it more or less fluidly (without singing). Your little hint for the tuning was very helpful (gDGBD tuned down one "full step"). I'm a beginner and coming from the guitar I'm not really used to change the tuning of the instrument so often. A question for me is which tuner you think is useful and which different tunings I need to know when I want to play your songs (might be a stupid question but I risk it)? I also learned to play Hustling Gamblers these days and this tuning for example (I somehow figured out by ear) I've never heard before. I would also love to learn Pretty Polly but the picking style is impossible for me to figure out...so it would be great if you could at one point make a video on this song, taking a close look at the picking hand as well. Thank you very much for your effort, I appreciate it very much! Greetings from Germany.
