Laughing Latias

This was my first time drawing a Latias, so it was a bit tricky to get right. Was also on a bit of a time crunch, so I couldn't spend as much time on it as I wanted to. This month has really been heavy with the distractions. Despite all that, I hope I did okay.
I wanted to try a little fusion of the classic Latias head shape while also giving it a lower jaw like an actual dragon.
