Surprise, new contest comic! lol

Hey all, remember when I said I probably won't be entering the webtoon contest? A few weeks back I got a huge boost of inspiration with a story, and decided to experiment with a new, simplier art style. It turned into a full blown comic, so I decided to enter the webtoon contest last minute.

This is the cover for Wannabe Witch!

And here is the short summary I've written up for it:

Royce wants to be a witch hunter, but can’t catch a witch. Jasper wants to be a witch, but can't finish the spell to become one. When these two wannabes cross paths in the woods they have a crazy idea to help each other. This definitely won’t end badly…right? Comedy/Romance/BL

I'm planning on entering it in the comedy genre, so it requires 6 EPISODES (seems a bit much but ok LOL). It's absolutely a romance too because I can't help myself.

So far, I have drawn all 6 episodes and my lovely husband is helping me ink it cause I am on a time crunch. The due date is May 15th, so its only about 2 and a half weeks away. I want to get it done before then, maybe in a week from now if I can really push.

Because I am on such a crunch I MAY need to take another week off from Faroff just to finish it. I am so sorry, I know we are in a huge important part of Faroff, this contest had to have the worst timing ever 😭 I'm gonna do the best I can to be as fast as I can so I can get right back to Faroff.

I think I'll be doing a Q+A episode for Webtoon on May 12th to give me some extra time, so please drop any questions you want answered if you haven't already (you guys always get first priority). (HOWEVER if I can finish Wannabe Witch faster than I thought, then I will just move straight to the next episode of Faroff. )

As SOON as I am done each episode for this comic, I'll upload it here! First few episodes will probably go up to you this week. Faroff production will resume the moment Wannabe Witch is completed!

I really hope ya'll enjoy this silly comic! Faroff will always be my top priority, but this comic has given me a lot of inspiration and motivation that I needed as a creative (drawing something new will do that sometimes, haha).
