With exciting news and progress underway, we're thrilled to fill you in.
- Episode 2: The test we ran on outsourcing shots was a big success, so some funds y'all contribute each month will go towards getting another sequence further along. It's $5 per second of clean-up, which is so outrageously affordable that we tip the service well afterwards. We admit progress has otherwise been slow as jobs demand attention, but this will help us catch up, and we are confident that by mid-August things will clear up enough to pick back up on our new and improved production routine.
- Book: With our editor's feedback, we're moving through chapters 2-11 with new confidence in our format and style. With hopes of getting near complete in the next two or three weeks, we anticipate finalizing a draft at the end of August.
- New Videos: With a special treat in the works to fill the gap between episodes 1 and 2, we're also jumping on a compilation of our experience attending the amazing Florida Animation Festival. By this time next week, we'll also know whether or not we made it into the Stareable and Sozo Bear festivals! Both of us creators are taking a week off at a spiritual retreat and plan to have ample time to catch up on some of these while resting with God's wifi. So look forward to those at the end of the month!
