Christmas Card last call! And Production Update - 12.12.22

Hello-Ho-Ho, wintery patrons,

This is your final warning to opt-in with your address under Patreon settings if you want a Christmas card from us with a few goodies inside! 

A lot has happened in the last month so I'll get straight to the run-down!

- NATS: Has been delayed. Some of you will be used to this part of the process, but sometimes if we're not satisfied with something, we put it on pause. For Death Of The Deke, we weren't satisfied with our goals. For NATS, the writing hasn't quite come together so we're making the decision to take our time and figure out where the missing piece is instead of forcing ourselves forward on a show we're not happy with. The cool thing is that we still want to make it and will actively work on that script instead of shelving it long-term, and having the freedom of being our own bosses allowed us to make a slightly spontaneous decision with the new production window...

- Kind World: A new show has formed! It's going to look a little more like West Patch but with faster production. It's been a story in the works for years that we've finally found the right style and medium for, and it's fallen into place so quickly since our decision to jump on it that there's already a casting call up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t2QuBcHj3PA

We've also attached some high-res background art and character design references that we worked on in tandem with the casting trailer and are sharing exclusively here.

- The Movie: Speaking of exclusive news, the movie we're working on is still moving, as well! We've included some of the character design work we've commissioned, which is still in the early iterations phases but are already pleasing us greatly. The script is outlined and writing for it will pick up soon. Once it's written, we'll have the pieces to start some exciting visual steps, as well.

Your support allows us to pour real time and attention into these things. If our pitch is selected, we'll split up and one of us will be working on a feature film in the coming months while the other continues work on Kind World, so you'll be kept in the loop on that.

- Other: We're working on a winter music video, just for fun and appreciation. You'll get early access to the music when the storyboards are finished before the final video is done and public.
