I think both the new intro and ending is better than the first two.

And it's kinda weird that they changed it for this episode because it does not feel like the start of a new season, not to mention that the old intro has at least one character we haven't met yet and this new intro features a bunch of new characters none of which appear in this episode. I do like the animation in the outro though.

Some will change Opening and Endings once every 12 or 15 episodes, if stories are broken down into small arcs they will have frequent changes. Some don't change until 20+ episodes.
