I first discovered Adele watching Ugly Betty and then Adele’s appearance on SNL. I absolutely love 19 and 21. I do have 25 and 30 but just didn’t connect with them so I’m looking forward to hearing your reactions.

We talk for hours every time I go. We just about music and the musical history of our town (Muscle Shoals, Alabama). I remember us talking about "Make You Feel My Love" by Bob Dylan. I will never forget the way he talked about how those lyrics affected him. I think of him every time I hear it. He also gives me 10 classical vinyls for $5 bc he told me he has a hundred of them and nobody wants them. He told me I was the oldest 23 year old he knows LOL.

And then Kaleidoscope Heart. One of my absolutely favorite albums. And then she later has What's Inside which are songs for a Musical she has written. Its 4 actual studio albums in the end

Listening to the first song was like time warping back to 2008 - it was this album, The Bird and the Bee, and Hem - Rabbit Songs, creating a sort of sad girl hours trilogy. 😹 Amazing what an effect that music can have in your life.

I think you'll enjoy my same when you're no longer emotionally destroyed by Make You Feel My Love. I've always loved that it's after MYFML because it's about friendship and falling out with a friend because of differences but coming back together because you love each other and are the same in many ways. She wrote it about one of her friendships.
