Oh this was so fun, I'd love if you could watch me funny videos of BTS! Most of these clips are from Run BTS, the guys own variety game show. I believe the clips of the guys watching their own concerts are from their documentaries(They have 3 movies and 3 docu-series that go with the movies). My friend, I really hope you see BTS Run episodes from start to end because you are missing so much of the joke[s] and context of the chaos. The one with the art that looks like it was drawn by 3 yr-olds, were in fact drawn by young children. The children drew their biases and they were given to the Tannies to guess who it was. The episode with the water cannons and pool [guys in white robes in goggles] Ep 130 and 131 of BTS Run. Forbidden words and actions trigger the water cannons. I nearly peed, laughing at these 2 eps. Watching JK stumble on 'tangled' reminds everyone our golden singer is still human and singing in a language that is not his mother tongue. If you watch CP's interviews, he appears impressed by JK, imho the admiration went both ways. The challenge with this song is you have two guys with perfect pitch who can also replicate said pitch and they have a similar tone [to my untrained ears] Koo really matched CP in some places he worked on his pronunciation/cadence so much for this track. You should listen to the acapella version. Just the guys and a bit of A-T for some effect. Yes, that was a real conversation they had and, I'm with you, ONE butt, 2 cheeks, but this is chaotic Tannies mode they had a legit conversation about it, complete with forbidden words and water squirt punishments. Yes, yes, Jin actually said that. OMG they cut JK's section! It was comedy GOLD. Perilla leaf is in the mint family, but is kinda licoricey/anisey, used in many Korean dishes as well as for wrapping ssam. Dee-OH-knee-sus [apparently more Greek pronounciation] OR Dee-uh-NIGH-sus [common English pronounciation] Also, you can't watch them practice this choreo enough times. here is the 2019 MMA {M-net Music Awards] version practice, like seriously, the show was Gd-tier crazy good, but lighting made seeing all the choreo difficult. Even if you don't record your reaction, I hope you watch it. It's so good! https://youtu.be/bccr1BwNI0Y The one you watched is* the original choreo... however the floor drop you mentioned is what was removed; JK [?] bopped his face on the floor. :sigh: So the new song, "For Youth", which was released on the Proof anthology, samples this moment and this moment is one of the reasons the song is so special to the Tannies. During the most recent concert, "Yet to Come in Busan", BTS sang Young Forever and ARMY carried the chorus forward and then BTS went into For Youth, just like the recorded version. I will be forever grateful to Wembly ARMY for giving the Tannies this moment. Sweet Night is an OST [original soundtrack] for the 2019/20 K-Drama hit "Itaewan Class" [i-tay-whan] Matilda Mann is credited with background vocals. Sweet Night is so bittersweet to me, the lyrics make me think of a friend you would have had the most beautiful love story with, but you realised too late you had feelings for them and the timing never worked again for you both... so you're just left with this "what if" sensation that'll never be resolved.. I had a best friend like that and i think of them when i listen to it, it's made me cry a few times even though i'm very happy now, it's just the 'unanswered' and the feeling of never being able to go back to that time/feeling. i really really love this song! (it's an OST for a korean drama called "Itaewon Class", that's what was confusing you in the title)

ok, I'm new here but seriously, no one requested TXT before?? They are leading 4th gen group! Their sound is super distinct different from BTS or any other kpop group in a way that it's often bright and cheerful but with an unsettling undertone bc their whole thing is still about growing up and becoming adults. Their choreos are always super hard and last comeback was a highlight of the whole year. It was a conceptual mini-album with 5 songs reflecting five stages of breakup. It's called Thursday's child has far to go and it's a must listen to a lover of any genre!

lmao at your reaction for (1:56:27 BTS almost ending friendship) most of these "arguments" are basically a game! They are seperated randomly into the debates and have to advocate for that side, no matter if they believe in it or not! It is a really fun way to watch them improvise! (btw they get sprayed with water, because they have a secret forbidden word and when they use it they get "punished" Also, most of these clips are from "RUN BTS" their variety show (free on Weverse) and they obviously lack context in this compilation form. I highly highly recomment watching them!!

the part taken out of dionysus was when they fall into the plank position so the most replayed part, im pretty sure there was a performance where jungkook hit his chin on the stage during that part and it was just too dangerous for them to do every time they performed that song on tour. there is another dionysus dance practice with the changed choreography from when they were going to perform it at the 2019 mmas

I'm actually shocked you haven't had EXO or TXT recommendations this year! The only thing I can think is that the strong presence of us ARMYs turned off EXO-Ls and MOAs - and that's a damned shame. I hope I'm proven wrong. EXO is massive. I've never clicked with their style, but I love Monster. TXT is fresh and even has a storyline like BTS does. For some reason, they have numbers, etc. in their song titles. 😂. My fave is 0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I Love You). And then there is Taemin and SHINee and Eric Nam and... Jeebus, there are so many kpop groups you would dig! I need to figure out how to request something, because my top priority would be She's in the Rain from an indie group called The Rose. Their front man has a signature voice with a crazy vibrato. Honestly, I don't know their stuff, except that song, which helped my sister and I after the passing of my niece. My sister doesn't listen to Korean music, but she has listened to that song hundreds of times. There's this verse "You want to hurt yourself, I'll stay with you; You wanna make yourself go through the pain. It's better to be held than holding on...." that is cathartic every time. 💜

Most of the clips you saw on those fun BTS videos are from Run BTS moments and honestly, they are sooooo chaotic on that show. A lot of great and weird debates. The splashing in some of those moments is a rule of the game they are playing where each member has a "forbidden word" that if they say it, they will get splashed but they don't know which word is their own. Perilla leaf is a common leaf that people eat with Korean barbecue for example and they sometimes can be difficult to separate from each other. PS: Namjoon is probably the strongest mint chocolate hater I ever seen ahiahsoi Aso, welcome to the TXT Zumba class! They are such a talented group with really really good songs. Super recommend you check some of their songs like Good By gone bad. They did perform in Lollapalooza Chicago this year and did amazing!

TXT have the best storyline! its very storybook horror vibes, it reminds me a lot of Coraline sometimes in general aesthetic though blue hour definetly teeters on the more cute and childish side of their aesthetic! Essentially their story is about not wanting to grow up and the blue hour serves as this metaphorical "in between" childhood and adulthood they are purposefully trying to stay "in the magic" as the song puts it by staying in the blue hour which is an in between of day and night right at dusk. The end of the video where there is an unnerving end where the colorful carousel lights go dark is representative of the fact that blue hour cannot last forever and eventually nightime does come, just as you cannot stall growing up, one day you wake up and you are an adult. The characters TXT plays trys to halt and stop time to be able to stay in their magical childhoods forever,, this causes a lot of problems. theres way more to it but thats the basic theme of the story and in specific Blue Hour, TXT are my favorite group right up there next to BTS theyre also super funny and personable and have really compelling messages in their music and lyrics though while bts have to deal with more dealing with adulthood and identity, txt tend to talk about for lack of a better term "GenZ issues" which can really be relatable for someone like me who is exactly their age. I still get a little teary listening to "cant we just leave the monster alive" which is about the "roles" we have to fill and compares growing up and living life as a young adult through the lens of a video game. Their album Freeze is my favorite so many songs off that album are so relatable and meaningful to me personally.

I’m glad you’re getting to check out txt! That song had such a chokehold on me when it came out. I really love their discography! That is one of my favorite mvs of theirs, another one I love visually is Nap of a Star. Their interactions with bts are really precious. ☺️ Baekhyun has such a wonderful voice!! He has always stuck out to me! Listening to Brooks and Dunn makes me instantly feel 20 years younger because I haven’t listened to them in so long it just makes that nostalgia feeling so much stronger.

Baekyun(back-ki-yon), this guy’s voice latched on to me so quickly, I had to do a double take the first time I heard him, the same reaction I had when I heard jungkook for the first time. Yessss, so excited for this! As a lot of people already said, the clips used in those funny BTS compilations are mostly from RUN BTS, which is their own reality show (back in their earlier years they weren't invited to a lot of these - which is normally quite a common thing - so they just created their own), and it's hilarious! You should definitely check it out, I'm sure you'll have a great time. You can find them all on Weverse now (website/app), completely for free and with subtitles. Some of the episodes are longer, so it's up to you to check it out in your free time or with us here. Their dance practices are so addicting to watch, It never ends with just one for me hehe. And definitely agree! They don't get enough credit for all the work they do. For a band so massive and popular, they still are severely underrated and underappreciated. V's Sweet Night is one of my favorite songs of his, it's an OST for a k-drama Itaewon Class and V is credited both as a songwriter and a producer. This song also holds the record for the most #1s on iTunes in history! I'm also glad you got to check out TXT! They're like BTS' little brothers and they're very talented. Despite being under the same company, they definitely have a very different sound than BTS, I like a lot of their stuff.

I've been waiting for this! I'm so so glad you loved Baekhyun! (Baek can be pronounced like "back" and the hyun is pretty close already). I'm not that familiar with EXO's discography, but Baekhyun had such an amazing solo work, always leading more to this R&B vibe and such strong vocals! If you ever feel like deep diving, he has 4 EPs: City Lights, Delight, Baekhyun and Bambi, with 6/7 songs each, and a few singles (3 maybe?), besides some OST for dramas and features!

Ahhh txt!! They are the first junior group that debuted after bts under hybe (bighit). Which put a lot of pressure on them. They also wanted to make a name for themselves and differentiating them from bts. I think you’d enjoy a lot of their music. In this case Baek+Hyun (Sort of sounds like "Bake"+"Hyun"... 2:21:00 The dangerous dance move was the one you liked. The spin and then fall to the ground move. I think someone got injured because if you don't catch yourself, you'll hit your chin on the ground or fall on your face. That sounds painful lol. That move was taken out so now they spin and kneel/crouch down.

I’m so glad you got to see that Young Forever moment 🥺 they had to perform mikrokosmos right after that, which normally get them emotional by itself, so they were really fighting back their tears after that. In case someone hasn’t told you already Jimin has young forever tattooed on the back of his arms. He has said multiple times that it got him through a really hard time so that’s why he was crying from the instant the song started.

Aaahhh I missed these. I loved your kaleidoscope analogy for the BTS dance practices, which fits perfectly with how hypnotizing seeing them dance can be. Someone once edited their Boy With Love dance practice mirroring their legs at the top, so you can only see the legs movements and it looks like a bunch of "X" dancing, now THAT is trippy and kaleidoscopic-esque

Ooo I like TXT. I don't follow them too closely, but I remember when they came out and I like a lot of their songs. They have one song that reminds me of Harry Potter called "9 and 3 Quarters (Run Away)". I always see Harry Potter stuff behind you so thought you'd like that fun fact lol. In the butt one during JK’s reasoning for two butts he tells Jimin to go home look in the mirror and hold up his right butt cheek to see how the left side doesn’t go up too so it has to be two. 🤣🤣 Sometimes they have to decide as a team so someone will be arguing what they don’t actually agree with but rm really does hate mint chocolate, it has come up multiple times. 🤣🤣 Those were also run episodes! I thought they were going to show clips of when they have actually said things like ‘don’t even think about continuing our friendship’ because they got stabbed in the back during a game. You should definitely get into Run BTS, Bon Voyage, or In The Soop, which are their own shows. They never fail to make me laugh hysterically. Their new one was just too much, as they learned flying yoga. The chaos! Also, if you don’t already have a Weverse account you should… members have been posting lives. The one from JK to Jimin for his birthday was something else. And their Busan Concert is this Saturday! And it’s free on Weverse! I think it’s at 2 am for me, but I’m not missing that! 💜

In terms of the dionysus choreo - Jimin had the platinum hair and Tae was the one with the sweat pants that you pointed out. The move they took out was where they "fell into a pushup" (kudos for figuring it out). In one performance Jungkook didn't catch himself properly and hit his chin into the floor pretty hard - so they removed the move for safety. Thanks for all of the great content <3

You mixed up rm and jhope (he had a hat on hiding his face some so I understand!) in the dance compilation talking about being the leader, but jhope is the dance leader so it was a good representation of him being so important in learning the dances. Rm might get everyone to focus in those moments but he definitely isn’t leading in the teaching in those instances! Lol They actually do watch their past selves and be like how did we do that? How did we have so much energy? But then get to work and perfect it once again.

So much to say just from the first video! I’ll forget half your questions to answer lol but I know compilation videos can be so confusing but I’m glad you got to hear some of their laughter! The vast majority of that was from run episodes but some from their documentary, Bangtan bombs, and the part with the pictures (which I’m pretty sure if I remember correctly were drawn by children army 🤣) and snowball fights is their winter package (which usually has some games and activities and some interview type stuff) 2019 or 2020 I think? I can’t remember what year exactly. They typically react to their mvs and their documentaries! Sometimes they’ll do other stuff like they did their debut performance a few years after. Bangtan giggles are the best and just get better and better the more you watch. I’m glad you had fun. ☺️

Their latest Run BTS came out yesterday and is definitely one of my all time favorites. Along with the Pool Debates!! And so many others.
