He composed the music for most of Tim Burtonβs films (including the Simpsons), the 1989 Batman, plus so so many huge films between the 1990βs to now. A common mistake people make is think this was directed by Tim Burton because it was based on one of his poems and drawings, but he actually produced it and the director was Henry Selick. I don't know if you've seen Klaus (2019) but if not I highly recommend it, it's one of my "recent" favorite Christmas movies.
