So it feels like those flashbacks people get when they're dying(?) He asked for his glasses because he was remembering his paternal figure. You'll definitely get answers, but you'll have to wait a bit for them. I love stories where you truly don't know what's gonna happen, and it keeps surprising you. I think that's peak storytelling. Can't wait to watch the rest with you! The urge to binge-watch is strong.
