I think it's interesting to note how during the initial attack on Marley, Levi was the only one with the Scout green cape on. It was like he was holding onto that even with the new uniform changes. And now seeing the rest of them also doing the same to contrast the Jaegerists is so cool.

I wasn't expecting that, so I'm both surprised and happy! :) I'm glad you read my comment (despite it being longer than the f*cking Colossal Titan, lmao), and it was really great to hear your thoughts on it, too! And good job trying to pronounce my name: I know it's a bit difficult, especially because its a rare name in an even rarer language. If you were to speak it in English, the most accruate way to pronounce it would probaply be "Haemo," with A and E spoken as if you spoke each of them as individual letters. But anyway, enough about me: let's talk about your reaction, which was absolute fire, as always! And yeah, I agree, the final episode was HEAVY. Your expression as you're watching it says it all. I don't really have a lot to add to that, so I'll move to other matters. For one, that Levi's "shut up" was gold, and your reaction to blood raining on Mikasa as she explodes the two Jaegarists was gold as well. I can't remeber the last time you rewatched a scene during a reaction (though I'm fairly certain it has happened before and I just can't remeber at the moment, though I could be wrong, so feel free to correct me if that is the case). But like seriously, I don't think I've EVER seen Mikasa THAT intimidating and THAT badass at the same time, and that's saying a lot. I can totally understand why the Jaegarists ran away screaming right after, haha. Also, speaking of intimidating and badass things, I agree that Falco's Jaw looks super cool! It has to be my favorite iteration of the Jaw Titan seen in this show. And don't worry, the reason it looks like a bird instead of a regular Jaw Titan will be explained in due time, though I won't give any spoilers. And speaking of spoiler-free information about the show's lore, yes, a headshot through a Titan Shifter's brain in human form would kill them. This was established in a previous episode this season when Pieck was threatening Eren with a pistol: even Titan shifters need a few seconds to start regenerating, meaning that if their consiousness dies instantly, they will die, too. Another lore thing you asked about were the different military titles and their importance, and honestly, even I don't know much about them. As far as I know, in real-life military, a General is the highest-ranking title available, and since Magath (previously a Commander, though don't ask me how high or low ranking that is, lol), was Marley's only superior officer remaining after Eren's raid on Liberio, he was promoted to General in the absence of other leaders. His promotion to General was established during what I like to call the "Titan Battle Royale" in Shiganshina at the start of the second part of Season 4 (if you remember, Magath was VERY inisistent of his new title and VERY annoyed that Pieck didin't use it during the whole battle), so I feel like Pieck saying "he's a General now" was just her honoring Magath and paying respects to him. And it seems that this comment is about to get absurdly long again, so I'll stop now, but not before I give you one final bit of advice (don't worry though, no spoilers), and that relates to the ending of the show. My advice is: don't get your hopes TOO high up. I'm not sure if you're aware, but the ending of Attack on Titan has created a lot of intense hatred and arguments in the fandom. Some LOVE it, some DESPISE it, and some have mixed feelings. Personally, I'm with those who have mixed feelings. I think the ending nailed a lot of things, but there were three things in particular (though again, I won't spoil them, so no worries) that I was very dissapointed with. Based on what I've seen from your reactions and your opinions on the show, I'll take a wild guess and say you'll probaply land in the "mixed feelings" category, too. If I end up being wrong and you end up loving the ending entirely, that's great! I HOPE that's what happens. I just want to warn you that there MIGHT be some things you MIGHT consider dissapointing or rushed, and IF that ends up happening, you might wanna lower your expectations a little beforehand, so it doesn't hurt as much (but again, hopefully that won't be nessecary). Regardless of what you end up thinking about the ending, though, that won't change the fact that the show is an absolute masterpiece, and the ride is well worth it, even if you don't end up liking where it stops. I'm BEYOND hyped for these last two special episodes. The final battle is gonna be INSANE, and it's gonna be even more insane to see your reaction to it. As I said before, seeing you react to this show felt like watching it again for the first time, a feeling I've yearned for ever since I first finished it. So from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for these reactions. This has been INSANELY fun. I'll be honest here: at first, I only bought your Patreon membership to watch your full reactions to AoT and a few movies, but if this is how well you react to everything, then I'll definitely stick around in the long run to watch more varied stuff from you, assuming it's something I don't hate, of course. Like, I can't stand overly romantic content or superhero content (except My Hero Academia in the case of superheroes), or some specific genres of music, but if I see something that looks interesting enough, I'll probaply watch it, assuming I have the time. Life's pretty busy for me, so I probaply won't be a frequent watcher / commenter, but still, I’m glad to be here! :) Anyway, I seriously need to stop writing now, this is getting out of hand. 2024-04-16 09:08:52 +0000 UTCi remember watching the scene between eren and mikasa and literally SCREAMING at the screen for them to finally confess their feelings 😭 seeing eren's pov in such a long time made me so sad as well, his story is so tragic and it's crazy how many things led him to be this way. his character and all of the story is just so complex and i'm pretty sure we could lead discussions for days! oh and btw, you missed post-credit scene at the end of episode 27! anyway, take care of yourself! i'm so happy that you've decided to watch this incredible show with us <3 much love and see you in the last upload... i'm prepared to cry my eyes out all over again
