i'm really not feeling well today, so it's nice to have this to take my mind off it for a while. I've said this before so I'll try to keep this short, but the Deb stuff just isn't funny to me. The comedy aspect just doesn't fit with that storyline, and definitely not in an actual drama where that should be taken seriously. And it really stands out as awkward and clunky to me, and it feels like sometimes there should be a laugh track going in her scenes

2024-08-21 02:01:05 +0000 UTCWaitโฆ do you know โItโs a Wonderful Lifeโ? (Itโs playing at the start and throughout the episode on the hospital tv) If youโve not, itโs an amazing film. Iโm not into a lot of black and white movies but itโs a Christmas staple!!!! Honestly, itโs life affirming. You finish the movie feeling so glad youโre alive and your faith in humanity is restored. But yeah, they are paying homage to it in this episode. Itโs a similar story to A Christmas Carol, with Scrooge and the ghosts. Emo Brooke is so goofy though I canโt ๐ญ
