This was a long piece coming starting back in April (first WIP posted in May) and I am so happy that it's here now. One of the first major pieces utilizing Sai2's capabilities and tools that I didn't have before hand in Sai1. The perspective ruler made all of this feasible to create such proportionately accurate backgrounds. This was somewhat an experimental piece testing out brushes and techniques I could use for later work.
The background characters was tricky as I didn't have anything properly planned out and was winging it. Majority of them started out as grey blobs that were later filled in with proper shapes, features and colors to resemble anything recognizable. A few however are Cameos I tossed in. The shops were aslo improvised but fun to invent. The brands are WestSide(WS), Ibalani, K&M, Masabi-Highroller, 8Edegress, and 3 other unnamed stores.
