I agree with you about Robert Pattinson being talented actor, and I also hate the Twilight movies. Well Iβve only watched the first one. I once attempted to watch the second one with my mom (sheβs the one that wanted to watch it), but I literally fell asleep about twenty minutes in.

I just woke up, so I havenβt watched this reaction yet, but Iβm really excited for this movie π. Itβs been several years since Iβve watched this, but I think itβs case of a great, underrated movie. Iβm fascinated by the first half of the 20th century and stories set in that time. In the 1930βs the Great Depression was going on so it was hard times for so many people. Also I like how this movie shows the dark side of circus life and how cruel the animals were treated. I obviously donβt enjoy seeing that, but it is realistic of the time period and I appreciate the movie not sugar coating what it was like back then. Animal rights were unheard of. Hell, most people werenβt even given basic rights (you had to be a straight white male to get rights). I like stories set in the first half of the 20th century, but all the injustice and the cruelty makes me angry, but it also makes me happy to see how far society (a good portion of society at least) has come in such a relatively short amount of time when you consider the whole of human history. I mean, circuses with animals are a bygone thing in most places now, mainly because of people not wanting to support the inhuman treatment of animals anymore.
Now if we could just get rid of all of the clowns, including the orange one currently occupying the White House. π€¦ββοΈ
