The capture, recapture thing also is one of the only things that bothered me while watching, although they are well made most of the times I have to say, but werent necessary THIS often. The guys at the end could walk in so nonchalant cause they were "scorpions" from Yut Lung aka the chinese mafia guy, cause he persuaded them to try and kill Eiji and Ash cause they still hold a grudge against Ash cause he killed Shorter, since they dont know what happened exactly. So they were guys Ash and them wouldnt know could harm them. Yut Lung tried to do the same with Lao, the guy that pushed Sing, the one who took over Shorters position as leader, into the sewers. But Lao couldnt go through with going after or trying to kill Ash or Eiji because he trusted in Sing to know whats right since Sing is Lao's half. I know its a bit confusing with the names but essentially the chinese mafia guy got them 2 to go after Ash and Eiji since they still held the grudge against Ash but the third guy, Lao, also knows what the chinese mafia were trying. Also because of these moles the chinese mafia always knew their hideouts.
