While, yes, they are cutting stuff out the manhwa, it's none of the important stuff that affects the story. As a matter of fact, for example made a change from the manhwa in the anime, which is the scene of Jinho coming to Jinwoo's house. In the manhwa, it's said by Jinho that he was kicked out of his dad's house, and asked Jinwoo to stay at his house, but instead of letting him in, he denies him and turns him away to live somewhere else in the manhwa, while in the anime, he let's him stay over. Which both makes sense for Jinwoo's character and their bond, and it makes sense our of convenience considering he needed Jinho to drive him out to the Demon castle gate the next morning. That's just 1 example, and again, yes, they cut stuff out but the stuff they cut out, end up either brought back up later, end up not being cut out and just rearranged to be brought up later in the story, or just flat out cut out bc it wasn't necessary to be kept in the story since it didn't affect it. But even with those cuts, the pacing of the story is still perfectly fine and doesn't feel rushed (believe it or not considering how fast the episodes seem to fly by lmao), and also they already confirmed that they'll be adding scenes in the blu ray, which are most likely going to be those cuts scenes anyway. So as a manhwa reader, yes, it does kinda suck a little that they cut some scenes, but they aren't scenes or dialogs that without them u can't grasp the situation or the story.

2025-02-16 10:04:26 +0000 UTCI read the manhwa after watching the first season, and yes, as people said, they cut some stuff from the manhwa or rather content from the web novel, because the source of the anime is the web novel and not the manhwa. But no matter what the actual source is, as long as they dont cut content that causes big misunderstandings or confusion, I dont care so much. I am just happy to get a good adaptation with great animation quality and good pacing.
