If you watch this clip a few times, you'll see that she is rehearsing first in a large practice room, then in a small studio, and then in a full stage practice. I'ven seen a lot of bands and performers practicing for a concert tour, but I don't think I've seen anything to that extent. IU is very disciplined about preparing for performances. And the drummer is Kim Seungho. You'll see him perform live for many Kpop acts, like Taeyeon, JukJae (IU's former guitarist turned soloist), Sam Kim, and Dreamcatcher. That's just where I've noticed him. He's everywhere. He's also very funny and has a great personality in interviews.
