Caer battle animations, part 2
Added 2021-08-02 08:05:19 +0000 UTCThis should cover most, if not all, of Caer's moveset.
Also that self-destruct gif came out wonky. I'd fix it up, but it's 1 in the morning on my end and I'm not gonna do that lol
Also, I should stress: I'm not planning on having animations for every character done next update, but I'm planning on trying to get 'em mostly done for 3 or 4 characters.
