Almost there...

I'm putting out a release this weekend. You excited?

The poll results were overwhelmingly in support of "Polish" - so I've been polishing this game tons. I don't think this could even be considered an Alpha build anymore. It's probably a Beta and doesn't need much of anything for a full release other than a bit of feedback on the milk game's difficulty and some error checking from someone other than me.

Since there's so much content I'll probably have a similar release to Housewife Sim with a free demo, a full release for you supporters, and a paid complete game for people who'd prefer to buy over subscribe.

A lot of my work the last two weeks has been playtesting and making sure gameplay is smooth and consistent with good story flow, no typos, and no errors. I've also updated some menus and refined the milking game for more completeness. It is pretty smooth now - the screenshot of Cami being milked shows what you'll be playing for the minigame. It's pretty simple, you milk the breasts one at a time. You vary your time milking per side to make sure you're not too rough or too gentle. If you're not too into that, don't worry, the game is only 30 seconds long each time you encounter it in each chapter. If you are really into that, also don't worry, you can choose to milk any of the three cowgirls, remilk them, and keep the best results.

I think I'm showing off the map for the first time too. The map is one of the things I'm most proud of - based on the game concept and the map, it wouldn't be hard at all to add new characters, new endings, new events, or scale the story in any way.

That said, this first build was trimmed to 11 endings, each with a gallery ending and a new menu screen that will show after unlocking the ending.

As usual with my first releases, there's no sounds. It would be fun to voice act and add sounds to this if there's enough interest - but I want to get this out ASAP!

What's next? Well, May is "Mayternity" and I'm going to enter a game jam with a pregnancy focus! So you'll get Dairy Tale in April, and another short game in May! :)

I hope you enjoy the screenshots, and I hope you're as excited as I am for this weekend. This has been my favorite project so far and I can't wait to hear what you think of it.
