Itch.io and Censorship

While the games you support aren't on Steam yet, they are all on Itch and all were de-listed from search on Itch per this blog post: https://itch.io/updates/update-on-nsfw-content

The de-listing of my games for having the "Adult" tag majorly affects me. I have sold less than 1/3 the usual volume of sales since this decision was made, which is a major setback towards my dream of making video games for a full-time job.

My games are still available via direct link or on my Itch page: https://anonymooseproductions.itch.io/ . If everything gets censored and my games are removed for some reason, I will make a website and post my games there.

This situation is so frustrating... All my games are wholesome with all adult characters and nothing too crude, with the notable exception of 50 Shades of Orange, which still has all adult consenting characters and nothing even remotely on the list of reasons provided for censorship.

If you have any recommendations for me as a creator, I'm listening, and I am so grateful for your support now more than ever since I won't be able to easily make game revenue for a while.

I should have another update with some progress on BONR later tonight for Patrons, but wanted to write this before working on BONR.
