Aging Identity
Added 2019-02-28 08:09:54 +0000 UTCI first used the name WhenWolvesCryOut online 11 years ago, but I actually came up with it much earlier. Between its spur-of-the-moment creation, finding it again years later, and it being pretty distinct (at least until 2017, when a popular musician released a song with a near identical name), I'm pretty attached to the name and have no plans on changing it.
The only recent it came back to memory was because I was running through ideas for a logo I could put on business cards for the convention coming up. And while it feels right to use a sphinx in some way, I couldn't help the acknowledge the disconnect between it and the name itself. So I sketched this at 2 in the morning.
(While it has improved since then... I will admit I was quite bitter that that song had pushed down my own page down the results when searching my username.)
