Thanks, reward details, and future plans

To be honest, I went in to this without a very solid plan, and a lack of proper research into how a Patreon should be run. In particular, I didn't give enough thought to how my reward system would work, which is something a creator should make clear from the start.
For the time being, I'm thinking of doing it like this:
Each month I will post a completed work on Patreon and Pixiv(Pixiv version will be lower res/censored/clothed etc). Every time I release a new work, I will send the previous month's work(and WIP sketches) to all patrons in a google drive folder link via message; the posts for the previous months' work/sketches will then be deleted, and made available as a pack on Gumroad for people who missed them. However, posts for several of my older works will be kept on Patreon permanently, as a welcome gift for new patrons.
By doing things this way, new patrons will have immediate access to my latest work the moment they pledge. I'm not really sure about the best way to use Patreon as an artist, and I'm still learning how Patreon works, but I hope this sounds okay for now. If not, I'll think of a different way. Most importantly, I want to make things go as smoothly as possible for everyone, while also keeping things simple.
Also, from this point on, works with explicit content uploaded on Pixiv will be more censored, so that you will get better value for your pledge.
In the future, if I can improve enough I may be able to produce two or more complete works per month, and I would like to hold character polls and things to give you guys more involvement with the content you're helping to fund. Thanks again, and please let me know any of your thoughts.
