WIP for the December reward

Sorry it's a character I've already drawn plenty of times, despite saying last time that I wanted to draw a bigger variety of characters. I'll definitely try to go for more variety next year, though for the reward after this I'll probably draw some girls from Diamond/Pearl.
Also, I decided not to make any more changes to the Nessa reward after all, since it would have taken more time, and they would've only been small changes anyway. I might upload an improved version someday, but I just want to focus on finishing the current work for now.
