my heart goes out to you. been there done that.

At our local Buddhist temple is a sign that says so simply, "No mud, No lotus." Isn't that the truth?

Good morning, Lauren! Remember, you're the Zsuzua's shining sunshine flower found in the pocket of hope in "It's a wonderful life"

I’ve just begun my partnership with you in your incredible journey of healing. I’m a professional registered nurse of 30 years, the first 20 of which was in my local emergency room. The next 10 years after that was on the ambulatory surgical unit. My latest and, for me, my final transition in my nursing career has just begun as the nurse manager on an inpatient psychiatric unit with concurrently beginning my psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner education. I was searching for tools to better educate myself and help my nurses treat our patients when I came across your story and then watched your husband’s story. Through those videos I made the decision to partner with you through patreon. You have an incredible story, a powerful story, one that I’d like to share with my nurses. I believe showing them your story will help my nurses see the humanistic side of someone living with a mental illness and as you say, living well with it. You are an inspiration and your story is a gift that I’d like to share with caregivers who take care of our vulnerable mental health population. Thank you for your strength of heart to put yourself out there to tell your story. I believe with sharing this with my nurses, it will enable them to better “sit in the mud” with our patients and be the best supportive caregivers we can be.

Im glad You didn't succeed in any of Your artempts, but im terribly sorry for the suffering You have endured. Your channel has really helped me personally so much, listening to You and Your struggles. I can really relate, having schizoaffective disorder and hav8ng strong suicidal ideations myself. I just got out of the psych hospital last week, and watching Your channel has been so helpful to me.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts because they do matter. Always try and remember your life touches so many others and how much love you give to us, your baby and yourself. You have a purpose and God has a plan for each of us. Again, reach out and stay away from this bridge because it's a wonderful life despite what each day brings. God Bless you and yours Lauren!

It is wonderful and a miracle that we all are “here” in this breathtaking universe. My hope is, that I and everyone learns that everything belongs together.

Just thinking of how incredibly sad it would be if a person like you took your own life Lauren.
