I don't run, but I love my Tracy Anderson mat/dance cardio workout and it is the KEY to my sanity no doubt.

I am also a runner and it helps me a lot with my mental health. Running and joining club is one thing that has really kept me going! I love trail running too. It is so therapeutic with all the countryside and wildlife! Well done for doing this race. Thanks for sharing! Go girl!
