Strip #429

As was discussed with the Faerie Whisperers, we're going to leave Albert(a) alone for a little bit and resume the story of her date with Marie once this interlude is over. Now, we're going to see what Autumn and Heather are up to. Remember they are a bit further in the timeline than Albert (about a month) since Heather went through a long training montage to learn how to be a competent faerie.
You may (or may not) remember I did a small arc about Little Red Riding Hood some years ago. I aways enjoyed the notion that faeries might mess around with classic fairy tales from our world and make them their own. And so, I do this again, this time with another Disney Classic that I have no doubt you'll recognize instantly.

Ooh, don't worry, that narrative is pretty well developed. You can expect we'll be faithful to the original narrative, with a few twists. But no Albert in this storyline, it's all Heather and Autumn.

Maybe the pay-off will be after the ball the prince looking for who the enormous bra that Cindy is going to need in future will fit. (Don't ask me how Cindy came to lose her bra.) "Heather is carrying the baby faerie on her back..." Presumably she is now too small to look after her own baby. Hopefully Marie will be taking good care of it for her.
