Fine. I've done it. I've discreetly scouted the Church of Scientology this week to see at which time Jeovah-Girl finishes her shift. I figured it didn't commit me to anything, and if there was no pattern to her comings and goings, I'd be off the hook.

Sadly, there's a clear pattern. She finishes every day at 6PM sharp. Double-sadly, she comes out on the more "favorable" side of the building (the Church has doors on two parallel streets—one's a boulevard, the other's a smaller, more discreet street). Triple-sadly, out of the four times I spotted her leaving (I couldn't be there Monday), she always comes out alone and gets into her car parked on a side street that's even MORE deserted.

Crap, crap, and triple-crap. It's like she WANTS to be kidnapped. I'm going to think of a plan over the weekend and see if I can do something on Monday. I have no clue what I'm doing. Maybe I should call Brooke for help on this one.

Meanwhile, I finished decoding the notebook I received several weeks ago. I won't repost anything here (it goes against some stern warnings on page 3), but I think I can summarize some of its content: lots of explanations on faeries and their world, lots of history on faerie-human relationships (let me tell you, we're not on the right side of this), and plenty of rituals to do lots of stuff—if you have access to faeries or if you're fae-touched like I am. One such ritual is how to ward your home against spiders. If I do get the faeries back, I'll have to make sure to do that ritual.

Anyway, it's the weekend and I have some planning to do.
