It's called syntribation, and it's a discreet way of pleasuring themselves in public. There are tons of videos on that particular activity if you care to Google it.
In reality (and please, women readers, correct me if I'm wrong), it's not something you'd do instinctively or unconsciously if you were just new to a body. I suspect it requires a good deal of discreet experimentation. The way I justified it to myself is muscle memory. Prince Aidan may be new to Heather's body, but the body itself may remember the act and do it by reflex.
Or we can just say that Aidan is a natural at these things. ;)
