This pinup (which I don't think I ever published before) has a long history. Back in 2012, back when there were student protests in Montreal, a female police officer made the news for exceptional police brutality when arresting some protesters. Her name was Stephanie Tremblay (Agent 728). Back then, I wanted to turn this into a comic where my namesake Jaycee would have an encounter with her. I'd begun conversations with Krash (at the time, Legio Comics) to illustrate that comic. Unfortunately, we couldn't make it work and the comic didn't happen. But there was one piece of art that I kept from it, and it's the one you see above.
I don't get into debates about police brutality in general. This one case, however, was absolutely clear cut, and I thought (at the time and still now) that it deserved a bit of faerie retaliation.
(For anyone who cares, Stephanie Tremblay was kicked out of the force after a few years of legal procedures, and has largely disappeared from the media. She remains a poster girl of excessive police brutality.)

ADDENDUM: I'm sorry, I meant to do this with the original post and it completely slipped my mind. In case you're interested in better visualizing the transformation, here are some "before" pictures of the real-life Agent 728.

And just in case anyone cares (and doesn't mind watching something in French), someone even made a series of cheap porn movies based on her. You can find one HERE (behind a pay wall). It looks pretty bad...
