By the book, the effect would disappear as if it never happened. Whatever faerie cast it would realize what Tracer did and certainly retaliate by adding a little something to the mix. Breast expansion + futa, maybe? Or just a double dose of BE? Or something else? Maybe freeze time for Tracer but not her opponent? Ooh, the possibilities...
