It's the moment we (including Alberta) realize she's not female, that her true and sincere identity is male. More importantly, she's going to do something about it. This may not look like much, but it's something that has always annoyed me in my past stories: the characters largely exist and react to the faeries' pranks, but never want much for themselves. I've been meaning to take advantage of the reboot to give all characters more agency, and Alberta is definitely leading that trend.
Also: she's in every panel, so that's 12 boobs in the entire page! Huzzah! :D
