Computer Trouble
Added 2024-03-05 12:41:09 +0000 UTCI'm sorry for being late on a few deliveries everyone. I've been having severe computer stability troubles since late last week. My Mac (which has been reliable, but remains a late 2015 model) is getting long in the tooth and needs to be updated. Honestly, I really really wanted to wait for the Apple Vision Pro to come out in Canada this fall, but I'm not sure I can wait that long. Anyway, my Mac's gotten slow and highly unstable (possibly because I'm running out of disk space) so that single operations can take 5-10 minutes to perform, and half of them end up in a reboot that takes 30+ minutes to complete.
Thus, it's very likely that my deliveries this month will NOT go according to schedule, but I'll deliver everything, I promise.
In the meantime, thank you for your patience.

It's an option, though a last resort. The fundamental issue is that I really would have to spend a good day deleting old files or cleaning up my mail software (which has emails going back to pre-2010 years), and that's time I just don't have. My typical approach in the past is to buy a new computer with even MORE disk space and RAM. It's nowhere near a SMART or cheap approach, but it sure saves me a lot of time. ;)
