This is SUCH a fast-forwarded version of the original blog, but I don't want to spend too many pages exposing all that's happened before. For those who care about the backstory, let me give you more details here.

On Tattoos

There was this mysterious notebook that I received many years ago containing instructions to do faerie-related magic, including special tattoos which would give the bearer a special ability. Also, when placed in proximity to one another, certain tattoos "interact" to create an extra speical ability. Tattoos are generally classified in four categories: trivial, minor, major, and epic. The ink to inscribe them requires certain magical or weird components, though some tattoos can help you bypass these requirements for certain other tattoos.

Complicated stuff. Don't think about it too much, it'll give you a headache. Suffice it to say that if I want to survive Tarantina, I'm gonna need some pretty powerful tattoos.

That's where this story is going, at least for now.
