Winter Break
Added 2025-02-18 15:35:00 +0000 UTCMost of you know that I live in Quebec (the province AND the city), which means we're in the deep of winter at the moment. Since I didn't get selected to go to Survivor (for which I'd planned about two months of vacation time), I decided to treat myself to a week in Puerto Vallarta (Mexico, those "evil," cat-and-dog-eating people south of the US border).
So this is where I am at the moment, which accounts for my somewhat hectic posting schedule and lack of social media activity. I'm returning on Sunday, so regular schedule will restart on Monday (February 24). I'm thankful for your patience in the meantime.
Meanwhile, allow me to give you a side-by-side comparison of what I'm missing and what I'm getting.

2025-02-18 16:33:56 +0000 UTCNot to rub it in, but Canada truly is an amazing country. We used to have an inferiority complex vs the USA, but not so much nowadays. It feels like we're living the American Dream without the drama (for now). (And vacationing in Mexico is pretty awesome right now.) 😁
