The Tool Trailer goes off-grid :)

Hi guys!

So sorry about the delayed video! Better late than never :) As is tradition in the Patreon videos, I have disabled the YouTube ads, and I have edited out the baked-in ad (in this case, Renogy). For this particular video, I couldn't completely get rid of it because it's spread out throughout the video, but I've removed as much as I could (like the specs on the solar panels that I would not have included if it wasn't a sponsored video) :)

In real-time news, we're just about to cross out of Florida and enter Georgia. So far, the ICW has been a really nice change of pace. It definitely requires you to stay on your toes in certain sections, but in return, you get completely smooth water and interesting views. I'd say we're roughly about 1/3 of the way to Oriental, NC :)

You can keep an eye on our progress here:

It's time for me to relieve Ava at the helm :) Thank you so much for your support! Have a fantastic week :)

You will probably want to rebalance your trailer before towing it. It looks like most of the weight is in front of the axle putting a lot of weight on the tongue. You want about 10% of the weight on the tongue for safe towing. A 4000 lbs trailer should only have about 400 lbs on the tongue.

I told myself if you ever visit North Carolina in your boat, I would become a patron. I thought that was a pretty safe bet. I was wrong.
