No I just meant get them in person. If they have a child together they should still see the hidden options in actions when clicking on the other. But yeah for not official couples there's a time window for them to do it under the normal menu. I'll still have a look at this again when I can

So they did not do anything right away. I know that for a fact so maybe that is why, but by get them together do you mean like get back together, or like just face to face in game? I’m not sure I’m too too worried about getting them back together to achieve this but if you were talking like just have the other come to the same lot, I tried that and there is nothing under actions either involving a visit or anything. Ideally I’d like to schedule like 5-8 one time visits back and forth with the kid until they are grown up, but I feel I might have messed it up in the beginning and now I’ll just have to manually move them in manage world (like the olden days lol).

Right when they were getting separated, they needed to do the stuff - not sure exactly what their relationship was - but if they were official even if not married, they should have seen the options - now, get them together in person and see under 'actions' if you see custody options

I'm having an issue with custody options popping up in my game. The sims were never married but they did live together, and now they currently do not, they are permanently separated, the kid is a toddler. The parents live in separate households, and they have NO interactions that involve sending the kid between them anywhere. Let me know if you need more information, or if I am just doing something wrong!! lol BEST - V

Oh man; I knew that about the "don't go with your girl when she's a surrogate" thing, totally spaced but that could absolutely explain a lot of it. All the pieces are coming together! Going to work on cleaning up my girl and probably play around with a "vanilla" pregnancy tonight; see if I get all the standard after birth stuff. If I do then I know that was related to this. Glad to hear you and Panda are in touch since your mods compliment each other so well. Thanks for the prompt replies and the assist!

It's important not to deliver surrogate pregnancies at the hospital, causes issues generally even with the game. No need to contact her, we are in touch about compatibility :)

The trait issue may be PandaSama realistic. I noticed I wasn't getting after birth buffs when I use her birth mod (but I love her mod and don't really care about those so...), will give her a heads up in case it's not just me. Thanks for the tips, I will make those adjustments

Yes that's the issue, strangely the trait for that didn't get removed at birth as it should it seems - and it might cause issue with the baby also, so I would go under actions then Woohoo Wellness and remove a trait that says surrogate or sth like that to be safe, and why not also remove pregnancy markers under 'family and Pregnancy' then 'sim status'. Save before doing these two things in case one of them turns out to impact the pregnancy :)

Yes, she has. Could that be it? I mean it doesn't wreck anything other than the walkstyle when the buff disappears on travel but MCCC will reapply that. Anyway, just curious if a known issue and if not FYI in case anyone else mentions it. Looking forward to the upcoming updates. I've used LMS miscarriage forever but I am digging all the extra gameplay features you're adding

That's weird. Did this sim do a surrogate pregnancy ever before? And yes it's totally fine for a sim to be single and do insemination nothing wrong with it in terms of the mod

Odd issue - I have a single sim and used the artificial insemination option; but I got the surrogate pregnancy buff? Anyone ever reported that before? Single gals could want a baby without a baby daddy!

My sim applied and chose not to pay the additional money to bypass the home visit. The interviewer arrived and my sim was able to answer like 2 questions before the interviewer was "distracted". I have Wicked Whims installed he was "distracted" by another sim in the middle of my sims bathroom because I have recently had a ton of random sims just hanging out at my sims house all day. By the time he was no longer distracted, the interview was over and interviewer left. I got the mail after the notification that said the decision letter should be in the mail the next time it is delivered. I had my sim who applied get the mail and the open option was not there.

It was him that I tried to have open it and it still only says Add to Favorites. I switched it from his inventory to another sims and then back and it still only had the Add to Favorites option.

The game tried to get a nanny for a baby on lot it seems and that failed. It's related to your sim leaving and not per se to what they were leaving to do. In other words the problem would seem to be the nanny thing not working. But since it's my interaction that made your sim leave it's calling it out

Hello, this is 100% an installation problem. Are scripts activated? Are files extracted? Are they no deeper than one subfolder in the mods folder?

Hello, I just downloaded the mod. I can see all of the mod files when I start up the game. However, none of the options are showing up for me. There is no option for instance to go to a family planning meeting on the computer, and only options that show up on romantic partners is woohoo or try for baby. If I use the show hidden objects cheat and I can find the condoms in the build/buy mode, so I know that the mod is installed I just don't know why I can't use any of the features.

Crackle crackle? What in earth is that? I imagine it's a translation of something. Do you mean the relationship and Pregnancy Overhaul mod? What do you mean 'add an element to the relationship'? The relationship bit cheats? Those should NOT be used except for debug under direction from support members, and it's normal that many of them don't show images etc, it's a list of all the relationship stuff, hidden and visible, that exists in the game. Relationship bits are only a small part of bigger puzzles and adding a bit is rarely enough to add the matching relationship properly. Don't use these cheats unless told to do it by me basically 😂 they're there for troubleshooting etc etc

Hello and thanks for your great mod! I don't have any big problem except the fact that in the mod Crackle Crackle, when I want to add an element of the relationship the first choices are not displayed. There are just some kind of dolls with crosses instead of eyes on the first two choices and llamas displayed (I think there is one on the 3rd line). The rest of it displays pretty well, but there are still frequently in the list, and I have, it seems to me several times the same options like to be friends etc. and choices are there like to be friends but with an animal while I click on a sims. I also feel like adding a person as a friend via this mod doesn't work all the time. I hope I haven't gone on too long. Thanks again for this great mod!

Hi, Of course it can be changed and canceled and etc. In the same menus where it is chosen. Just keep in mind those options are more delicate to work with than the timed visits, so you might have to manually call Sims back sometimes etc

First, make sure you don't have any old files anywhere at all. If you don't see any of the permanent separation options, that's a good place to start. Second, that notification still has an annoying problem - while the code tells it not to show it still decides to do it. I have to change how it is blocked. There was an EA bug with the system I use to block it in the past, but it became solved, but it seems it's bugging again perhaps. Finally, what Sims are you trying this with, what is their situation?

Hey, so i haven't been able to get the stuff from module 10 to work my sims cant seem to discuss who gets custody and sort out the assets thing, sorry i don't know what its actually called in the mod, im not really sure what is happening with it. Oh and the 'permanent seperation has been removed for this couple' thing keeps popping up when my sims get into a relationship. If you can possibly help that would be awesome. :)

Messing with the relationship bits will get you nowhere, as they're only one small piece of a larger puzzle. For a short time I instructed a procedure that included using bits manually added but then I got rid of that to replace it with a proper cheat. In any case. Start with a couple who is married or bf / gf for simplicity's sake. Make them separate permanently, arrange custody, all that. Then come back tell me if that all went well. Check that you have no old files, and that scripts are enabled and files not too deep in subfolders. :)

Hey, I cant seem to get the visit thing to work. I added the relationship bits in, amicable split up. Permanent separation, the female has custody bit, male pays child support. They had baby together but I forgot to make them bf/gf. I never see the relationship pie or make up pie. Even with phone call no option. I dont know how to get this working..... =( Even when I was trying to get them to break up the pie menu never was there. So got them angry at each other and just moved him out. how can I fix this?

Those two mods are compatible and tons of users have them both, with no issues. Can you make sure you are installing them both properly? No deeper than one subfolder in the mods folder, with scripts activated, and having both my core files at the very least?

Installation problem. Look up how to install Sims 4 mods to make sure you did all of it right. Also check your script settings in game.

You have to be careful who you click :) You can undo those custody arrangements, play the sim who is the parent and has made the arrangement, and go to 'actions' then 'Woohoo Wellness'

Hello. The new issue I’ve ran into with the custody part is my male sim has another child with another sim and the sim he got a divorce from, they already did their court decision to determine custody but instead of getting the divorce option after completing everything, the custody court option came back up and it showed the baby from the other sim and I accidentally clicked it and it gave him custody but she’s not a child of the sim he’s divorcing. I hope that makes sense

I have not re tested it myself - theoretically it should not be necessary anymore - but once again, not quite sure, as it's changes on Turbo's end. You could easily find out by making Sims sleep with 2 different ones and get pregnant and see if paternity seems to have a clue.

Quick question: It's been a bit since I checked the compatibility, but I use WickedWhims and this mod, and have gotten used to marking each Sim that WooHooed via Wicked Whims circumstances for the sake of paternity, since it used to have to be manually flagged as such...is that still necessary, or will it flag automatically now? Also love your work, I can't play without them - I'm excited for the upcoming mods as well!!

Nope this mod does not do that at all, if anything it increases reactions not the opposite! Wonder if you have a conflict going on. The only thing it removes jealousy for is Sims who are in the process of divorce. I'll re test to see but yeah. What other mods do you have there

Not sure if I overlooked it or not, meaning it is a known issue, but is it normal for this mod to cancel out jealousy over cheating? I saw that no one was having a reaction or jealousy over cheating, even if done right in front of them. I had to remove it and put it back in so the other sim could see. Thanks.

Hi, love your mods, always an exiting day to see new ones or updates! For me the separated-and-going-through-divorce spouse asking their soon-to-be-ex to move out doesn’t work. They just stand, nod and nothing happens afterward. There are also 2 copies of the interaction for this feature (neither work). To get the spouse told to move out, I went to map view and moved them that way. I’m sorry that I can’t provide the full text of the interaction, I don’t have my game open now.

Hi, custody does work for me but it doesn't show the text. I don't have any translation installed but i still had version 2.54 from september in my mods folder. Sadly removing that version causes the make up & break up options text to disapear as well. For the moment i have version 2.6 and 2.54 in my mods folder. Like i said everything works just the text disapears.

Hello! The moodlets have not been working, and now I don't have the ability to change if my sims want children or not. The current mods I have are the UI cheats extension, MC command center and then this version of the pregnancy and relationship overhaul. It just doesn't show as an option to change the status on children anymore

Hi, first of all the mod is great! but im having a issue with custody and divorce, ive ahd them permenitly seperate and then ask to move out perminitly after divorce but im not sure what to do for the custody and all that other stuff, thanks!

If they don't come back, don't move them manually. Leave the household and come back, or invite the ex and the kid, see if then it happens, which it should. If at that point they still don't transfer through the above methods, come to me for support as we would need to figure out what messes up the system. Moving them manually may confuse things further. As of now I would suggest to you to undo custody assignments by clicking on parent from themselves and going under 'actions' then 'Woohoo Wellness'. You will be able to re do them in the same menu by clicking from one ex to the other. The timed visits can't bug out so do feel free to use those. For the cyclical etc - in your case, either it was normal (ie something in the game preventing the transfer back happened, which means it was rescheduled for the next loading and / or inviting of the kid and parent), or something was not normal but I can't tell obviously.... Keep me posted.

Anyone else having the issue with the custody part? I chose shared custody but the kids never went back to their primary parent so I moved them back in with her through manage household but now when I have her call her ex to send for a visit, he'll come over but they never go with him. I don't get the option to pick the child to go, it's two kids by the way, or anything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the mod and all.

Hi there! Apologies if this has been brought up but I noticed when my sims were separating, my sim hired an expensive lawyer and when to the estate hearing and ended up with 0 simoleons. While I had a good laugh, I tried again and the same thing happened. I was wonder if there was something I can do to prevent such a drastic amount from being deducted... and then I thought of a prenup feature that would be cool if it could be worked out. I'm just reaching out to share the idea and ask if its normal to end up with nothing during the estate agreement? Many thanks!

Not installed properly then. The glitch of text not showing at all is usually fixed by a reinstall. A mod not showing up at all means it's not installed right. Check that you extracted the files, that they're not too deep in subfolders, that script are enabled.

Okay so I deleted the mod and downloaded it back because my word weren't popping up on my options and now the mod isn't showing up on my game at all.

I selected the shared custody option, and the child was sent for a few days. When the noncustodial parent began a new family the child from the previous relationship stop being sent and the option to discuss custody for that child was not available.

What is the Sim's situation

Hello! I just downloaded this, and it everything works except that there is no make up or break up options. There are no older versions left in my mods folder.

Adoption can't be decided for a baby not born yet; do they have other kids? Alien pregnancy may be why termination isn't showing, some alien stuff still isn't properly supported. I will re check that

Hello, when my sim was pregnant, her and her partner agreed to give up the baby for adoption. She had it at the hospital and then she came home and the baby came with. There was no option to put up for adoption when clicking on the baby, and when I aged up to a toddler it only gave me an option to delete their family tree. I was able to use the cheat to have another family adopt the toddler, but the option to discuss putting child up for adoption is still grayed out with her partner. It seems like it doesn’t recognize that the baby was already put up for adoption. I have WW installed and Lupobianco animations. Also, I no longer have the option to terminate the pregnancy (my sim was abducted by an alien and I wanted to use this feature).

My sim has two children with two different fathers - she lives with one of the fathers. I don't see any custody or child support options in the menu. I would like to establish a custody agreement and child support for them - how do I get this going if they broke up prior to installing the custody part?

Sorry I made a mistake It was angry separation that I choose. I am seeing this in the "relationship wellness" section, once in there I'm clicking on "make up and break up" where it gives me a few options with one of them being "go to court for custody decision". Once I click on that option my sims begin to talk but no other actions follow, the same is happening with the settling of estate. The only option out of the 3 that works for me is the "finalizing of the divorce"

If you did amicable it should not say go to court. Where are you seeing that?

Hi, I've deleted all old files and downloaded the updated ones. Whenever I click on "go to court for custody decisions" It wont work. all they do is talk and then nothing happens. I did amicable separation and had him move out before.

I saw the custody interaction where its supposed to go however- i click on the mother/father and it says "go to court for custody", i clicked that and they left the lot to go to the hearing then nothing happened when they came back, im not sure if i’ve not downloaded it right

Do you have old versions left in? Did you clear cache? What do you mean it wouldn't let you? What's the separation type?

Hi I tried to figure out how and why it wasn’t working but I still never come conclusion , basically I have a few other mods including wicked whims downloaded, when I was playing through the situation of the Sims were getting divorced in the break up make up menu came up with find a lawyer but no custody at all-when I uninstalled this mod and reinstalled it, the custody menu came up however it wouldn’t let me split the custody if that makes sense??

Hi! this is an amazing mod however I've recently downloaded the new update however it has no custody menu at all, I've tried to reinstall and remove it from my mod folder however it still isn't coming up?

I think that i had a dutch translation for whicked whims,i think that was the issue why the text was blank and i had only pictures now i deleted the dutch translation i will start up my game again thank you!

I absolutely LOVE your mods! Thank you for all the time and effort you put into these! If possible sime time down the road can you add Prenuptial agreements. Since you have the divorce lawyer I think it would be really fun for a prenup!

That is all rather strange. You could try removing custody assignments for this child (under 'actions' when clicking on the custody parent) and then re doing custody (also in 'actions' when clicking from one parent to the other). Did the Sims ever finalize their divorce, too?

Now it wont pop up with the custody menu when i click on my played sim, and when i click on the mother it says "go to court for custody". i tried doing that and nothing happened when they came back lol. Not sure whats going on

Switch household or leave this household and come back to it, see if it automatically ré transfers the kid. Let me know

So my sim has shared custody (every 3 days) and 3 days has gone by and she hasn’t gone to the moms house. (It is a toddler) and the custody menu says (call ex to ask for visit) but I still have the child?

If you are using a translation - that's why, nothing I can do about that If you are not using a translation - erase all files from this mod and install again. All text is loaded in English in all language slots so without a translation, all text will show. Once again, I can't do anything about not up to date translation if that is the issue, as I am not a translator :7

Thanks for the mod! But i got an issue, my game is not in english, so a LOT of strings are blank. The custody module, for an example, is completely without text.

I just used this mod in my Sims divorce! I LOVE IT!!! I had to give my ex Sim husband $300,000 but I got to keep the house, kids AND the dog!! 😂. This just made TS4 so much better!! Thank you so much!

Hi I love this mod! But for some reason the custody, split assets and divorce part of module 10 does not show up in my game. The only part that I have is the separations. I have removed all other mods, my game is up to date, I've even repaired the game. I am not sure why it is not working. Thank You!

Thank you for your hard work. This mod quickly became my #1 can't live without. I was testing the new features with the Pancake family and I am having some trouble with the custody. The baby was supposed to go to Eliza, but was added to Bob's household instead. I wasn't sure if it was because I was playing Bob's household as the active family at the time, but when I went to Eliza's household Iggy wasn't part of it. So I added Iggy to her family. I still had the option to send him to Bob's house for a visit. I sent him over for regular visits (1 day every 5) and he never came back. Is this a bug or something I did wrong? Thank you again!

Hi, I'm having an issue with downloading the file for the wicked whims users. I tried to open it with my usual zip software that works with all of your other files but I'm getting an error message that "origin is unknown".

You can do this: For your Sims who had had their baby before this version was installed: (disclaimer: do NOT mess with the relbit menu indicated below unless instructed to by me or Cidira on discord :) ) - click the 2nd parent from the 1st parent - go to 'actions' then 'woohoo wellness mod' - pick 'add relationship bit' - scroll alphabetically until you reach "RelBit_Permanent_HadChildTogether" and click it. This should, once the sims separate, unlock AT LEAST the 'cheat / backup' version of the custody interactions (which will also be under 'actions' then 'woohoo wellness mod') if not the 'normal' one as well.

Hi, I’ve had an issue with a the last update with custody. My sim and her husband split while she was pregnant with their second child. There was/is no option showing up for court over custody for said child or being able to request a visit with them, only for the first child. I was curious if that’s an issue on my end or if it could be a potential glitch. I’ve tried restarting and inviting her ex husband over to try the interaction over again but it hasn’t worked so far.
