[MOD] Life Notes / Personal Bios: Sim-by-Sim custom notes / bios - Sims 4

Life notes/personal bios:
Creating, viewing and editing: Sims can start their Life Notes / Personal Bio at any time from the Actions menu. They can edit it from there or from the inventory. Only the Sim who created the bio can edit it, but any Sim can read it.
Safekeeping life notes: Bios / notes can be stored in inventories, shelves and chests. After death, bios go to the Household Inventory; you can retrieve them from there.
Why does the bio also appear in the inventory? Originally I didn’t make them visible in inventory, but to make it possible to fetch them and store them in chests etc after death, I had to 🙂

DOWNLOAD & Installation:
1 - remove files from previous versions, if any
2 - REQUIRED: Lumpinou's Toolbox Library-Mod.
If you don't already have it, grab the REQUIRED "Lumpinou's Toolbox" Library-Mod here (alt: here), and put it into your mods folder or one subfolder, NO DEEPER.
3 - grab the .package file from this post (link below), and put it into your mods folder or one subfolder.

Anyway, I can't seem to get this mod to show up in my game, even when I have only this mod and your toolbox in my mods folder. Do you have any idea why this could be? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide, and please let me know if you'd prefer I send this question elsewhere.
